"Good morning Melissa, it looks like on May 1st you decided to update your due dates from the 30th to the 1st, so when you made a payment on May 1st it took care of April 30ths bill, and when you made a payment on Junes 8th you took care of May's 30th bill. So the system did not have enough time to generate accurately. Since you started the policy March 30th the policy takes you from 30th to 30th. The system did not generate a past due amount notice because technically your policy was caught up on payments "

"Best experience ever…no waiting for someone to get back to me days later response was same day and within a hour as I was told they would worked on finding the best policy and coverage and came through. This was a great experience no recordings or AI a real person helping me through my process of finding the coverage that was going to work for me and my family.
